-Unscrew the two HDD cover T9 screws (torx 8 or 9 bit or driver will work) and slide out the hard drive being careful not to harm the screen or the drive -Mount the 60GB 5400rpm upgrade drive on the hard drive tray and slide the tray back into the unit -Be careful, the screws strip easily. But if a screw strips, you can saw a groove on top of the screw and unscrew it with a flat screwdriver:) If you grind off the tip of your screwdriver, it will get a better grip and not slip.
